Booking Add-ons

Booking add-ons are optional services that can be added to a studio booking to support different stages of production.
These services provide additional assistance such as technical support, studio preparation, editing, or content delivery, allowing clients to customise their booking based on their specific production needs.

Podcast Studio

Set-up

Includes: Preparing and arranging equipment and the recording environment before production begins, including positioning cameras, microphones, lighting, and other technical equipment according to the client’s requirements.

Excludes: Set design, set construction, engineering during recording, producing, directing, or creative planning unless separately agreed.

Studio assistant / Engineer

Includes: Managing and operating technical systems during production, monitoring audio levels, cameras, and recording equipment, and ensuring that all recording systems are functioning correctly throughout the session.

Excludes: Producing, directing talent, creative decision-making, script development, or editing services.

Producer

Includes: Overseeing and coordinating the execution of a production, managing schedules, coordinating talent or crew where required, and organising the running order to ensure the production flows efficiently and technical engineering of equipment.

Excludes: Editing services, motion graphics, or advanced post-production work unless separately agreed.

Podcast editing

Includes: Cutting recorded footage, arranging and refining content, exporting and uploading final files and 1 round of revisions.

Basic editing excludes: Motion graphics, advanced editing and audio design.

Online footage transfer

Includes: Uploading recorded media files to an online storage or delivery platform for client access, enabling clients to download or review their footage remotely.

Excludes: Editing, file organisation beyond basic transfer, long-term storage, or uploading content to social media platforms unless separately agreed.

Content Suite

Set-up

Basic short form editing excludes: Motion graphics, captions, stock footage, colour correction, special effects, and advanced audio design unless separately agreed or included within a higher editing tier.

Online footage transfer

Includes: Uploading recorded media files to an online storage or delivery platform for client access, enabling clients to download or review their footage remotely.

Excludes: Editing, file organisation beyond basic transfer, long-term storage, or uploading content to social media platforms unless separately agreed.

Infinity Cove

Studio Runner / Assistant

Includes: Providing on-site assistance during a booking in the Infinity Cove Studio, supporting basic operational tasks such as moving equipment, maintaining studio readiness, assisting with general setup adjustments, and ensuring the studio space remains organised during production.

Excludes: Technical engineering, operating cameras or recording equipment, producing or directing the production, creative decision-making, or any post-production services unless separately agreed.

Blackout Studio

Studio Runner / Assistant

Includes: Providing on-site assistance during a booking in the Blackout Studio, supporting basic operational tasks such as moving equipment, maintaining studio readiness, assisting with general setup adjustments, and ensuring the studio space remains organised during production.

Excludes: Technical engineering, operating cameras or recording equipment, producing or directing the production, creative decision-making, or any post-production services unless separately agreed.
